There are two groups of lawn pests. Those that damage the turf and those that are nuisance pests that are not harmful to the home lawn. Grubs, Chinch Bug, and Sod Webworm fall into the first category. Grubs have been particularly bothersome the past few years.

Pests such as Leaf Hoppers and Ants seldom cause a problem and there is no need to remove these types of pests from your lawn. Earwigs do sometimes cause a problem around the home, but they too cause no harm to the grass.
